I really enjoyed my stay with a cozy double room that had a lovely view and a nice balcony. The rooftop terrace was perfect for unwinding after a long day, and they offered a great little coffee nook for morning booster shots. Just a heads up, the shower door could use a tweak since it dripped a bit, but overall, it was a fantastic experience 🌟

Perfect and magnificent position, I greatly enjoyed staying in this place.
i stayed in beautifully maintained and romantic room with nice view, balcony, as for instance as expected. the staff were very very helpful and attentive and were around whole time.

I really enjoyed the stay here. The hotel was a perfect base for enjoying a local area, adjacent to StTrinity square and bridge and Santa Maria Novella and the attractions. Even though the bed was too small, it was good stay. The personnel was really helpful and very helpful, and the hostess too. The location was absolutely perfect for walking around a spandrel arch bridge.

Le tre lune suites promised a luxurious stay, but I was met with broken air conditioning for two nights, and poor service when I tried to contact them. It's astonishing how they didn't offer any form of compensation or an upgrade for my troubles. The stairs are also just oh-so-exhausting. Almost gave a good review, but couldn't.

The location was ideal for exploring Florence with my family. We enjoyed some quality downtime at a lovely rooftop terrace, and the spacious room had enough room for our four kids. Nearby attractions were mostly within walking distance.
My wife says that navigating the stairs with luggage was a bit tricky.

I stayed in the Double Room for 3 nights, and it was really cozy. The room was clean and had its own unique charm with a lovely view. The separate living area. I appreciated the exterior shutters for blocking out light. But I had some trouble lifting my luggage up the stairs from the street. That was a bit of a hassle. Still, would definitely recommend it!

Staying at le tre lune suites was such a delight. The apartment was perfect for our trip! We loved the location-it was super close to the santa maria novella train station. Vanesa was helpful, answering every question we had, and the little gifts left in the room, along with tea and coffee, were such a nice touch.
